Virgin PTFE Teflon / Etched PTFE sheet
The PTFE sheet/plate is formed by molding and sintering a cylindrical blank, which is cut into a sheet by a machine tool and then calendered. According to the different treatment methods, it can be divided into three types: oriented membrane, semi-oriented membrane and non-oriented membrane. At present, PTFE membrane products include porous membrane, micro filtration membrane, color membrane and so on.
Its color sheet is suitable for electrical instruments or wire insulation marked by brilliance. It is a new type of C-class insulating material with excellent comprehensive functions. It is one of the indispensable and important materials in the radio industry, aviation industry and cutting-edge science and technology. The polytetrafluoroethylene sheet is generally made of suspension polymerized polytetrafluoroethylene resin, and the particle diameter is required to be below 150 μm. Pigments must have good heat resistance (>400 ℃), fine particles, strong tinting strength, and no disorder to chemical reagents.
