    Teflon tube is fabricated by quality PTFE extrusion and sintering. Sintering is the conventional process of converting powdery material into dense body, which is early utilized for production of ceramic, refractory and hyperthermal materials and powder metallurgy. Generally, the sintered dense body after powder forming is a polycrystalline material with microstructure composed of crystal, vitreous body and pore. The sintering process determines the size of crystal particle and pore in the microstructure, crystal boundary shape and distribution, thus affecting the material properties.
